Sopressata Tapas Appetizers

1 Pc French baguette (sliced 1cm thick)

100 ml Olive oil

6 Cloves Garlic peeled

250 g Thin slices of sopressata sausage

70 g Parmesan shavings

  1. Slice the French baguette 1 cm thick, and with a pastry brush apply the olive oil.
  2. Toast the slices in the oven at 350F till crispy.
  3. Rub on the garlic for a fresh garlic flavour.
  4. Put on the sopressata slice and garnish with a nice parmesan shaving.
